About this item

Common questions
Will this tape work with our existing dispenser equipment?
Yes. The 1-inch width and standard 3-inch core are compatible with most industrial tape dispensers and hand-held applicators used in packing operations. Confirm your dispenser's core size (typically 3-inch) before ordering.
How does the rubber adhesive perform on wet or dusty cartons?
The contact-bond rubber adhesive requires minimal surface preparation and activates immediately on damp cardboard or kraft boxes. For best results on heavily soiled boxes, wipe excess dust away first to ensure maximum adhesion strength and seal durability.
Can I use this for cold-storage or outdoor shipping applications?
Yes. The 5.2 mil vinyl backing resists moisture, weathering, and temperature fluctuations, making it suitable for cold-chain and outdoor storage. The rubber adhesive maintains bond integrity in temperatures down to -10°F, though flexibility may decrease in extreme cold.
How many cases do we need for a typical month of high-volume sealing?
Usage depends on box size and sealing pattern. A single case (3 rolls, 108 total yards) typically covers 200 - 300 medium cartons when sealing flaps and seams. Request a production audit or sample order to calculate exact monthly consumption for your line speed.
