Common questions
How long does this tape stay adhered to my warehouse floor under constant forklift traffic?
Mighty Line™ Deluxe Safety Tape is engineered for 5+ years of durability in high-traffic environments. The heavy-duty PVC and industrial-strength adhesive maintain integrity under repeated equipment passes, pallet weights, and temperature fluctuations common in distribution centers.
Will the adhesive damage our sealed concrete or epoxy flooring when removed?
No. The PVC tape removes cleanly without leaving adhesive residue, making it ideal for facilities with protective floor coatings. This clean removal also simplifies reconfiguring pallet zones or seasonal layout changes without equipment downtime.
Why are beveled edges important for packing line operations?
Beveled edges prevent catching and tearing when pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment cross marked zones repeatedly. This design eliminates edge curling and tape deterioration, maintaining clear visual boundaries and safety compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
How many corner angles do I need to properly mark a standard pallet location?
One case of 24 angles covers approximately 6 standard pallet locations (using 4 corners per location). For a typical 40' x 40' packing area with 24-30 pallet slots, we recommend 2-3 cases for full floor marking plus safety lane boundaries.
