About this item

Common questions
Will this tape work with our existing 3-inch core dispensers?
Yes. This tape is wound on a standard 3-inch core, compatible with all industrial and tabletop dispensers designed for that core size. No equipment modification needed.
What substrates does this double-sided tape bond most reliably?
Optimized for paper and foil splicing. The acrylic adhesive achieves permanent bonds on these materials. Test on composite films before high-volume deployment to confirm performance on your specific substrate.
How does dispenser use affect adhesion consistency across cases?
Consistent adhesion requires clean dispenser rollers and proper tension settings. The 3.5 mil film thickness resists stretching, but inspect dispensers monthly to prevent adhesive smearing that reduces splice strength.
Can we bulk-order this tape to reduce case sealing downtime?
Yes. Ordering full cases (96 rolls) ensures supply continuity for high-speed lines. Calculate monthly consumption based on splice frequency and web width to establish reorder schedules before adhesion-related stoppages occur.
