Common questions
Will this tape work with standard packing line dispensers?
Yes. The 1" width and standard roll core are fully compatible with most industrial tape dispensers used on packing lines. The 11 mil thickness feeds smoothly without jamming, ensuring consistent seal quality at production speed.
Does the adhesive leave residue on equipment or floors?
No. Tape Logic gaffers tape is specifically formulated with non-residue adhesion. It removes cleanly from concrete, wood, carpet, and metal without leaving sticky buildup, reducing cleanup time between line runs and protecting equipment surfaces.
What makes 36 lb. tensile strength important for case sealing?
Higher tensile strength means the tape resists tearing during high-speed application and won't break under the weight or movement of packed cases during conveyor transport. This reduces seal failures and product damage, lowering returns and line stoppages.
Can I use this tape for both indoor and outdoor applications?
Yes. The 11 mil yellow gaffers tape is rated for both indoor and outdoor use, making it versatile for warehouse, loading dock, and yard operations. The non-reflective finish maintains professional appearance in all lighting conditions.
