Common questions
Will this tape adhere properly to corrugated cardboard on high-speed case sealers?
Yes. The 10 mil thickness and enhanced adhesion formula grip corrugated surfaces immediately without slipping, preventing case reopening during transport. Recommended for case sealing at speeds up to 60 cases per minute when properly loaded into standard tape dispensers.
Is this duct tape compatible with standard industrial tape dispensers?
Yes. The 2" width and standard roll core fit all Tape Logic and most third-party industrial dispensers. Verify your dispenser specifications before ordering to ensure core compatibility.
How does the 10 mil thickness compare to standard duct tape for moisture resistance?
The 10 mil polyethylene coating provides tear and moisture resistance compared to lighter gauges, making it ideal for damp environments, outdoor storage, and HVAC applications where condensation or rain exposure occurs.
Can I use this tape for both case sealing and HVAC repairs?
Absolutely. The versatile blue duct tape works for production line case closure, duct repairs, weatherproofing, and maintenance tasks, making it a cost-effective single-product solution for multi-department facility needs.
