Common questions
Will this tape work with our existing tape dispensers?
Yes. The 2-inch width and standard 11 mil thickness are compatible with most commercial tape dispensers used in packing operations. The roll's core diameter accommodates standard industrial dispenser spindles without modification.
Does this tape leave residue on concrete or outdoor surfaces?
No. Tape Logic gaffers tape is formulated specifically to be residue-free, making it ideal for temporary applications on concrete floors, wooden pallets, and outdoor equipment without damaging surfaces or requiring solvent cleanup.
What is the actual adhesion strength for case sealing?
The 36 lb. tensile strength ensures secure case sealing and wire bundling. This measurement indicates the tape's ability to hold under stress, more than sufficient for standard carton closure on mid-to-high-speed packing lines without slippage.
Can we use this tape indoors and outdoors without quality loss?
Absolutely. This tape is rated for both indoor and outdoor use, maintaining consistent adhesion across temperature fluctuations and humidity levels. The non-reflective black finish also performs reliably in high-light warehouses and covered outdoor staging areas.
