Common questions
Will this tape damage painted surfaces or equipment finishes when removed?
No. The industrial-grade, residue-free adhesive system is specifically formulated to remove cleanly from all surfaces including painted equipment, machinery, and flooring without leaving adhesive buildup or surface damage.
Can I use green gaffers tape on my automated case sealing equipment?
Yes. This tape is compatible with standard hand application and dispenser systems. Its 11 mil thickness provides excellent feed consistency in tape dispensers, reducing jams and improving line uptime.
What's the difference between gaffers tape and duct tape for packing operations?
Gaffers tape uses a pressure-sensitive, residue-free adhesive unlike duct tape's rubber-based formula. For packing lines, gaffers tape removes cleanly without leaving sticky residue on rollers, conveyors, or finished products.
Is this tape suitable for outdoor shipping or exposure to UV light?
Yes. This tape is rated for both indoor and outdoor use, making it ideal for securing items on loading docks or outdoor storage areas. The non-reflective surface also prevents glare issues in bright conditions.
