Common questions
Will this gaffers tape work with standard tape dispensers on our packing line?
Yes. The 2" width is the industry standard for most manual and automatic tape dispensers. The 11 mil thickness feeds smoothly without jamming, and the non-slip backing ensures consistent blade contact for clean, straight cuts.
Can we use green tape on both light and dark surfaces without visibility issues?
Absolutely. The non-reflective finish provides consistent visibility on all surface types. The bright green color offers high contrast against concrete, wood, and carpet for easy identification of secured items and cable paths.
How long does the adhesive bond take, and will it hold under equipment vibration?
The adhesive sets immediately with hand pressure, creating a permanent bond rated for 36 lbs. tensile strength. It maintains grip under continuous vibration and thermal cycling common in packing line environments without adhesive failure.
Is this tape safe to remove from equipment without damaging surfaces?
Yes. Unlike standard tape, the residue-free adhesive leaves zero sticky residue on carpet, wood, or concrete. Clean removal protects your packing line equipment from gummy buildup and eliminates solvent-based cleanup costs.
