Common questions
Will this tape work with my automated case sealing dispenser?
Yes. Standard 2" width fits most commercial tape dispensers including Intertape, 3M, and generic models. The 3" cardboard core ensures proper feed-through without jamming. Verify your dispenser accepts standard 3" cores before ordering.
Does this gaffers tape leave residue on wood pallets or corrugated boxes?
No. This is a non-residue formula specifically engineered for clean removal without damaging substrates. Ideal for reusable pallet programs and cases requiring pristine surface appearance at destination.
What adhesion strength can we expect in high-speed packing lines?
36 lb tensile strength provides reliable holding power for loads up to 50 lbs on corrugated and wood surfaces. For heavier loads or extreme conditions, consider upgrading to higher mil thickness or reinforced variants.
Is gray gaffers tape suitable for outdoor shipping and weathering?
Yes. This tape performs in both indoor and outdoor environments with consistent adhesion across temperature ranges typical in logistics operations. Non-reflective finish provides professional appearance while maintaining grip in moisture and UV exposure.
