Common questions
Will this gaffers tape leave residue on our packing line equipment or concrete floors?
No. Tape Logic 11 Mil Gaffers Tape is specifically formulated as an industrial-grade, residue-free adhesive solution. Unlike standard duct tape, it removes cleanly from concrete, wood, and equipment without leaving sticky buildup that requires solvent cleanup.
Can we use this olive green tape outdoors on our loading dock and still maintain adhesion?
Yes. This gaffers tape is rated for both indoor and outdoor use. The 11 mil thickness and 36 lb. tensile strength ensure consistent adhesion in wet conditions and temperature fluctuations common to dock operations.
How many linear feet does one case of 24 rolls provide for our packing line?
One case provides 1,440 linear yards (4,320 linear feet) of 2-inch tape. At standard usage rates, this typically supports a mid-sized packing line for 2-4 weeks, depending on daily wire securing and surface protection needs.
Is this tape compatible with standard industrial tape dispensers?
Yes. The 2-inch width and standard 3-inch core are compatible with all industrial tape dispensers and handheld packing line tape guns. The 11 mil thickness feeds smoothly without tearing or jamming in standard equipment.
