Common questions
Is this tape compatible with our standard 3" core tape dispensers?
Yes. Each roll is wound on a 3" core, making it compatible with most industrial tape dispensers used in automated packing lines. Verify your dispenser core size before ordering to ensure optimal performance.
Will this adhesive hold on high-speed lines or does it require cure time?
The permanent acrylic adhesive provides immediate tack with no cure time required. It achieves full bond strength on contact, making it ideal for continuous high-speed case sealing without line interruptions.
What substrates does this double-sided tape bond best to?
Optimized for paper and foil splicing and bonding. The conformable vinyl film adheres reliably to corrugated cardboard, kraft paper, and coated foil surfaces common in case sealing and closure applications.
How many linear feet of tape are on each roll?
Each roll contains 60 yards (180 linear feet) of 2" wide tape. A case of 24 rolls delivers 4,320 linear feet total, providing substantial capacity for high-volume packing operations before reordering.
