Common questions
Will this tape damage our equipment rollers or dispenser heads?
No. The 11 mil cloth-backed construction is designed for industrial dispensers and won't gum up machinery. The rubber adhesive grips firmly but releases cleanly, protecting your dispenser investment and maintaining consistent line speed.
Can we use this tape on both our indoor packing line and outdoor shipping dock?
Yes. This gaffers tape performs reliably indoors and outdoors, maintaining adhesion and residue-free performance across temperature and humidity variations common in industrial facilities.
How does this compare to standard duct tape for case sealing?
Tape Logic gaffers tape offers adhesion without residue, critical for packing lines where downstream handling and box inspection require clean surfaces. The 36 lb. tensile strength ensures secure sealing even under tension from conveyor systems.
What's the core compatibility with standard tape dispensers?
The 3-inch width fits standard industrial tape dispensers with 2-inch core holes. Each 60-yard roll provides extended run time between changeovers, reducing packing line downtime and labor costs.
