Common questions
Will this tape residue affect my case sealing dispenser or core compatibility?
No. The non-residue formulation prevents sticky buildup on dispenser rollers and spindles, ensuring consistent feed and reducing maintenance downtime. The standard 3" core is engineered for universal compatibility with industrial tape dispensers.
How does 11 mil thickness perform on high-speed packing lines?
11 mil thickness provides 36 lb. tensile strength, ideal for case sealing at moderate-to-high speeds. The reinforced polycoated cloth resists tearing during application and holds under dynamic line vibration without slippage.
Can I use this tape for both indoor and outdoor case sealing operations?
Yes. Tape Logic Gaffers Tape is engineered for indoor and outdoor use, maintaining adhesion across temperature and humidity fluctuations common in warehouse and shipping dock environments.
What surfaces will this tape adhere to without leaving residue?
Designed for wood, concrete, carpet, cardboard, and plastic surfaces. The non-residue adhesive releases cleanly, making it ideal for temporary case sealing without damaging box surfaces or leaving marks that affect product presentation.
