Common questions
What's the advantage of the extended core design?
The 1" extended core provides a larger diameter grip that reduces hand strain during prolonged use and extends film yield per roll compared to standard cores. The built-in handle eliminates setup time, rolls are ready to use straight from the box.
How does 80 gauge compare to other thicknesses for bundling?
80 gauge delivers optimal balance between puncture resistance and film flexibility for hand bundling applications. It provides sufficient load retention for most pallet bundles while remaining easy to dispense without excessive hand pressure.
Why choose yellow film over clear?
Yellow film serves as a visual inventory management tool, ideal for date coding shipments, identifying product types, or flagging quality holds. It improves warehouse organization and reduces picking errors while the color doesn't transfer residue to products.
Is this film quieter than strapping tape?
Yes. The cast film technology operates silently compared to loud strapping guns and tape dispensers, creating a more productive warehouse environment while reducing worker fatigue on high-volume days.
