Common questions
Are these loop dots compatible with standard hook-and-loop dispensers?
Yes, individual dots are designed for use with compatible VELCRO Brand dispenser systems. Verify your dispenser specifications match the 1/2" diameter format to ensure proper feed and application consistency across your packing line.
How many attach-and-reattach cycles can these dots withstand?
VELCRO Brand loop dots maintain strong adhesion through multiple reuse cycles. Actual cycle performance depends on surface preparation, hook-side quality, storage conditions, and environmental factors on your production line. Test in your specific application for performance validation.
What surface types ensure optimal adhesion for case sealing applications?
Best adhesion results occur on clean, dry, non-porous surfaces like cardboard, plastic, and treated wood. For packing line use, ensure surfaces are free of dust, moisture, and oils. Rough or textured surfaces may require pressure application during initial bond to maximize adhesion integrity.
Can I order partial cases or do I need the full 1,440-dot quantity?
VEL124 is sold by the case (1,440 dots). For smaller quantity requirements or custom configurations, contact our sales team to discuss alternative VELCRO Brand tape formats or bulk pricing options that fit your operational needs.
