Common questions
Are these hook dots compatible with standard dispenser systems?
Yes. The 7/8" individual dot format works with most industrial hook-and-loop dispensers. Verify your dispenser specifications for optimal performance. Hook dots require corresponding loop dots for complete fastening systems.
How many reattach cycles can these dots handle?
VELCRO Brand dots maintain reliable adhesion for 100+ reattachment cycles under normal packing line conditions, making them ideal for returnable packaging and reusable case systems.
What's the difference between ordering hook dots and loop dots separately?
Hook and loop dots work in pairs, hooks grip the loop surface. Order both separately based on your application: use hooks on cases and loops on products, or vice versa, depending on your packing line workflow.
Will these dots maintain adhesion during temperature fluctuations in shipping and storage?
Yes. The nylon material and adhesive formula maintain performance across standard warehouse temperatures (-10°C to 50°C), ensuring case integrity throughout distribution cycles.
