Common questions
Are these loop dots compatible with standard dispenser applicators?
Yes. The 7/8" diameter fits most pneumatic and manual VELCRO Brand dot dispensers used in high-speed packing lines. Verify your dispenser specifications to confirm core compatibility before installation.
How many attachment cycles can these dots withstand before losing adhesion?
VELCRO Brand loop dots support hundreds of reattachment cycles. The nylon material maintains hook grip integrity through repeated applications, making them ideal for repositionable case sealing workflows where products are frequently reconfigured.
Do I need to purchase hook dots separately, or are they included?
Hook dots are sold separately. You'll need to pair these loop dots with 7/8" hook dots to complete your fastening system. Both components work together to create a reliable reusable adhesion solution.
What surface types do these loop dots bond to most effectively?
Loop dots adhere best to clean, flat surfaces including cardboard, kraft paper, plastic, and metal. For optimal adhesion on packing lines, ensure surfaces are free of dust and moisture. Test on your specific case material and dispenser type before full-scale deployment.
