Common questions
Is this hook tape compatible with standard packing line dispensers?
Yes. The 1-inch width and nylon composition are optimized for compatibility with dispenser equipment commonly found in packing facilities. The self-adhesive backing feeds smoothly through standard core configurations without jamming or adhesion loss.
How many attach-reattach cycles can this hook tape withstand?
VELCRO Brand nylon hook tape maintains secure fastening through 500+ reattachment cycles when paired with compatible loop strips, making it cost-effective for returnable container systems and temporary case sealing applications where repeated use is required.
Can I order the matching loop tape separately?
Yes. This SKU contains hook strips only. Complementary loop tape (1" x 75') is available as a separate order to create complete fastening solutions customized to your case sealing and product attachment specifications.
What adhesion strength should I expect on different case materials?
Self-adhesive backing provides aggressive initial tack on corrugated, plastic, and metal surfaces typical in packing operations. For optimal performance, ensure surfaces are clean and dry before application, and allow 24 hours for adhesive cure on porous materials like plain kraft boxes.
