Common questions
How many applications can I get from one 75-foot roll on my packing line?
A 75-foot roll provides approximately 150 individual 6-inch fastening applications (using standard hook-and-loop pairs). Actual yield depends on your case dimensions and attachment method. For high-speed lines, plan inventory accordingly or order multiple rolls for continuous operation.
Is this loop tape compatible with standard tape dispensers used in case sealing?
Yes. VELCRO Brand tape strips are designed for manual and semi-automatic dispenser application. Confirm your specific dispenser specifications with our sales team to ensure optimal feed rate and adhesion performance on your line.
Will the adhesive backing hold on corrugated boxes through a complete packing shift?
Yes. The self-adhesive nylon backing maintains reliable core compatibility and case grip for 8-12 hour production cycles under normal warehouse conditions. For extended hold or high-humidity environments, consider complementary hook-side strips for dual-sided security.
Can I reuse these strips after removing them from sealed cases?
Loop strips are single-use after the adhesive backing deploys. However, when paired with reusable hook-side strips, your hook components can be repositioned multiple times, reducing overall fastening costs on reconfigured packing operations.
