Common questions
Will this loop strip work with my existing case sealing dispenser?
Yes. The 4-inch width is the industry standard for most automated packing line dispensers. Confirm your dispenser accepts roll-feed mechanisms and verify core compatibility before ordering to ensure use with your production equipment.
How many sealing cycles can I get from one 75-foot roll?
Cycle count depends on your case dimensions and strip length per seal. A typical 4-inch wide seal yields approximately 225 individual 4-inch strips from one 75-foot roll. For example, sealing 6-inch-wide cases would produce roughly 150 seals per roll.
Can I use loop strips alone, or do I need to purchase hook strips separately?
Loop strips require matching hook strips to create a functional fastening system. Hook and loop strips are sold separately to give you flexibility in purchasing only the quantities you need. One roll of loop pairs with one roll of hook for standard case sealing applications.
Is this adhesive strong enough for heavy products?
VELCRO Brand adhesive provides reliable hold for most packaged goods, but adhesion strength depends on substrate surface preparation and product weight. For items exceeding 10 lbs per seal, we recommend testing on your specific case materials first or considering supplemental closure methods for maximum security.
