Common questions
Are these hook dots compatible with standard packing line dispensers?
Yes. The 5/8" individual dot format is designed for compatibility with most commercial dispenser systems used in case sealing operations. Verify your dispenser specifications before ordering to ensure optimal feed and placement accuracy.
How many reattachment cycles can these dots withstand?
VELCRO Brand hook dots maintain reliable adhesion for thousands of attach-reattach cycles. Performance depends on loop surface quality and environmental conditions; industrial nylon construction ensures durability across high-speed packing line operations.
Can I pair these hook dots with any loop material?
These hook dots work best with VELCRO Brand loop dots or loop tape of equivalent quality. Mismatched hook-loop combinations may reduce adhesion strength and case sealing reliability. We recommend confirming loop product compatibility before full-line implementation.
What adhesive strength rating do these dots provide?
VELCRO Brand industrial hook dots deliver strong permanent adhesion suitable for case weights up to 5 lbs per dot in standard applications. For heavier loads or extended outdoor storage, consult our technical team to determine dot spacing and reinforcement requirements.
