Common questions
Are these loop dots compatible with standard hook and loop dispensers?
Yes, individual dots work with compatible dispenser systems. Pair with matching 5/8" hook dots (sold separately) for complete hook-and-loop fastening. Confirm your dispenser specifications before ordering to ensure optimal application speed and consistency.
Will these dots damage packaging or product surfaces?
No. The self-adhesive nylon loops leave no residue and are repositionable, making them ideal for corrugated boxes and product surfaces. Unlike permanent adhesives, they support multiple attach-detach cycles without core compromise or surface degradation.
How many dots do I need per case of finished products?
Case quantity depends on your packing line's sealing requirements. With 1200 dots per case, a typical operation using 2-4 dots per box can process 300-600 cases. Calculate based on your average package size and desired hold strength.
Can I store these dots long-term without adhesive degradation?
Yes. VELCRO Brand tape maintains adhesive integrity in standard warehouse conditions. Store at room temperature away from direct heat and moisture. Sealed cases preserve dot quality and dispenser compatibility for extended shelf life.
