Common questions
Are these hook dots compatible with standard dispensers used on packing lines?
Yes, the 1 7/8" pre-cut size is engineered for standard VELCRO dispenser systems. Confirm your dispenser model accepts individual dots before ordering.
Do I need to order loop dots separately to use these hook dots?
Yes, these are hook-only dots. You'll need compatible loop dots (sold separately) to create the complete hook-and-loop fastening system for your packing line.
How many attachment cycles can these dots handle before losing adhesion?
VELCRO Brand dots maintain consistent adhesion for 1,000+ reattachment cycles under normal packing line conditions. Adhesion performance depends on surface cleanliness and ambient temperature, verify performance in your specific environment.
Can these white hook dots be used for case sealing on food packaging lines?
These dots are suitable for non-product-contact case closure and handling equipment. For food-grade packaging, confirm compliance with your facility's FDA or food safety requirements before deployment.
