Common questions
Will this tape work with our existing case sealing dispenser equipment?
Yes. The 3-inch core is the industry standard and compatible with nearly all automatic and manual tape dispensers used in packing line operations. Verify your dispenser's core size specifications before ordering to ensure proper fit.
How does VHB tape perform compared to liquid adhesives in high-speed sealing?
VHB tape eliminates messy adhesive application, reduces machine downtime for cleaning, and provides immediate bonding strength without curing time. Its high shear strength equals or exceeds liquid adhesives while maintaining consistent performance across temperature fluctuations common in warehouse environments.
Is this clear tape suitable for metal surface case sealing?
Absolutely. The clear acrylic adhesive is specifically formulated for smooth, flat metal surfaces. It bonds securely without surface primer or preparation, making it ideal for metal-banded cases and reinforced carton sealing.
What moisture and chemical resistance does this tape offer?
This F9469PC formulation resists moisture, UV exposure, and common solvents found in distribution warehouses. Its polycoated kraft liner prevents edge failure and peeling even in humid storage conditions, ensuring case integrity from packing line through final delivery.
