Common questions
Can I mix and match shelf sizes on the same shelving unit?
Yes. The 36 x 24" shelf works with adjustable open wire shelving units, allowing you to customize your storage configuration based on product dimensions and weight distribution needs.
Is this shelf easy to clean for food and pharmaceutical compliance?
Absolutely. The open-wire design allows quick cleaning and inspection, and the chrome-plated carbon steel resists staining and corrosion, essential for regulated industries requiring frequent sanitation.
What is the actual weight capacity per shelf?
Each shelf supports up to 800 lbs when properly distributed across the surface and supported by compatible frame components rated for the same load.
Do I need tools to install this shelf?
No. The included snap-on post sleeves enable tool-free installation and removal, reducing assembly time and labor costs while maintaining a secure fit.
