Common questions
Are these chrome poles compatible with existing wire shelving units?
Yes, these 86-inch poles are engineered for direct compatibility with standard 86-height adjustable open wire shelving systems. Verify your current unit dimensions before ordering to ensure proper fit and load-bearing alignment.
What makes chrome-plated steel better than standard steel for industrial shelving?
Chrome plating provides corrosion and rust resistance, extending pole lifespan significantly in humid, temperature-fluctuating, or chemical-exposure environments. This reduces replacement frequency and maintenance costs while maintaining consistent structural stability and safety compliance.
Can I purchase individual poles or must I buy the full case of 4?
These poles are sold exclusively in case quantities of 4 poles per case to optimize bulk purchasing efficiency and shipping costs. Contact our sales team for volume discount pricing on multiple cases.
Do these poles support heavy load capacities typical of warehouse operations?
Yes, chrome-plated steel construction delivers load-bearing capacity when used with compatible shelving units. Load limits depend on your specific shelving system configuration; consult product documentation or our specialists for detailed load specifications and safety compliance information.
