Large cardboard boxes — 18" and up on the longest side, through 24x24x24 cubes and long side-loading cartons past 36". Bundle quantities with per-box pricing shown, shipped from 5 US regional warehouses.

How to choose: at these sizes the box wall does real structural work — anything dense belongs in double wall / ECT-44+, and anything palletized should be checked against pallet footprint before ordering. Dimensional weight dominates parcel pricing here, so oversizing costs twice: material and freight. Bulk-scale loads? Consider gaylord boxes instead. Full reference at the size chart.

Frequently asked questions

When should I use double wall for a large box?
Once contents pass roughly 40–65 lb or the box will be stacked on a pallet, step up from ECT-32 to double wall (ECT-44/48). Large single-wall boxes bulge and crush under loads a smaller box of the same grade handles fine.

Do large boxes cost more to ship?
Usually, and mostly through dimensional weight rather than actual weight. Carriers price the space a large box occupies; the tightest size that safely fits your load is the cheapest one to ship.
