Common questions
What weight capacity does ECT-32 support for this box size?
ECT-32 corrugated supports products up to approximately 25 lbs per box and allows safe stacking of 2-3 boxes high in warehouse conditions. For heavier items or higher stacking requirements, upgrade to ECT-44 or ECT-48 rated materials.
How does this box size optimize pallet utilization?
The 12 x 10 x 8" dimension allows 12-16 boxes per layer on a standard 48 x 40" pallet, supporting 20-24 layers for approximately 240-384 boxes per pallet. This density reduces per-unit freight costs and improves warehouse cube efficiency compared to larger box sizes.
Are bulk order discounts available for quantities over 500 boxes?
Yes. Volume discounts apply at 500, 1,000, and 2,500+ box thresholds. Contact our account team for custom pricing on recurring monthly orders.
Can I request custom printing or coloring on these boxes?
Standard kraft brown is in-stock for immediate delivery. Custom printing (logos, barcodes, product info) requires a 10-day lead time with minimum orders of 1,000 boxes. Contact us for custom specifications and tooling costs.
