Common questions
What does ECT-32 rating mean and why does it matter?
ECT (Edge Crush Test) of 32 means the corrugated material withstands 32 pounds per linear inch of edge pressure, ideal for moderate-weight items and typical warehouse stacking. This rating balances protection and cost for standard industrial applications without overspecifying.
How many boxes fit on a pallet and what are stacking limits?
Approximately 80-100 flat boxes per pallet (40" x 48" standard). When assembled and stacked, ECT-32 supports 4-5 pallet tiers in normal warehouse conditions, maximizing vertical storage without damage risk.
Can I order these in smaller quantities or custom quantities?
Packrift sells these in bundles of 25 boxes. For volume purchasing, custom case quantities, and freight discounts, contact our B2B sales team for tailored quotes on larger orders.
Are these boxes compatible with standard packing tape and automation equipment?
Yes. These RSC (Regular Slotted Container) boxes work with hand-taping, automatic case sealers, and standard fulfillment line equipment. The kraft material accepts pressure-sensitive and water-activated tape reliably.
