Common questions
What does ECT-32 mean, and is it strong enough for my shipments?
ECT-32 refers to Edge Crush Test rating of 32 lb/inch, the industry standard for single-wall corrugated. It provides reliable stacking strength for most e-commerce and general industrial applications. If you're shipping extremely heavy items (over 20 lbs per box) or stacking high (5+ pallets), consider ECT-44 or double-wall alternatives.
How many boxes fit on a standard pallet, and what's my freight savings?
Approximately 50-60 bundles (1,250-1,500 boxes) fit on a standard 4840" pallet when stacked flat, reducing LTL freight costs significantly compared to assembled boxes. This compact footprint is why bulk orders of 1268" boxes are popular with high-volume shippers.
Can I print my logo or branding on these kraft boxes?
Yes. The kraft exterior accepts flexographic, digital, and offset printing. For minimum order quantities and pricing on custom printing, contact our sales team, most shippers find printed branding improves unboxing experience and brand recall.
Are these boxes food-safe or FDA-compliant?
These boxes meet FDA requirements for non-food contact secondary packaging. For direct food contact, we offer specialized food-grade corrugated options. Verify your specific application requirements with our compliance team.
