Common questions
What does ECT-32 mean and is it strong enough for my shipments?
ECT (Edge Crush Test) 32 means the corrugated material resists 32 lbs of crushing force per linear inch. This standard-strength rating handles typical warehouse conditions, general merchandise, and moderate stacking heights. For heavier items or high-stack environments, consider ECT-40 or double-wall alternatives.
How many units can I stack on a pallet, and what's the crush limit?
With ECT-32 kraft, you can typically stack 4-5 pallets high in standard warehouse conditions. Individual box stacking depends on contents, empty boxes support approximately 40-50 lbs of downward pressure per stack. Always test with your actual product weight and pallet height before scaling.
Are these boxes recyclable and compostable?
Yes, 100% recyclable. Kraft corrugated meets standard curbside and industrial recycling programs. The material is compostable in commercial facilities but may not break down in standard home composting due to printing inks and adhesives.
Can I print my logo on these boxes?
Absolutely. Kraft corrugated accepts flexographic and digital printing excellently. Minimum order quantities and artwork specifications vary, contact our sales team for custom print pricing, setup fees, and lead times.
