Common questions
What is the ECT rating and why does it matter?
ECT-32 (Edge Crush Test) measures the box's stacking strength at 32 pounds per inch of width. This standard single-wall rating supports typical mid-weight products and single-layer pallet stacking for most logistics applications. For heavier items or multi-tier stacking, consider upgrading to ECT-44 or double-wall options.
Are these boxes suitable for custom printing?
Yes. The kraft exterior accepts flexographic, digital, and offset printing with excellent ink adhesion. Minimum order quantities apply for custom printing services. Contact our sales team for design requirements and lead times.
How many bundles do I need per pallet, and what's the weight?
Each bundle (25 boxes) weighs approximately 18-22 lbs depending on caliper. A standard pallet typically accommodates 20-24 bundles (500-600 boxes), with 40-48 lbs total pallet weight. Verify exact specifications with our logistics team for your freight planning.
Can I order smaller quantities or just a few individual boxes?
This SKU is sold as bundles of 25. For smaller orders, custom quantities, or sample boxes, please contact Packrift directly. We offer volume discounts for multi-bundle purchases and can discuss wholesale pricing for ongoing fulfillment needs.
