Common questions
What is the ECT rating and why does it matter?
ECT-48 (Edge Crush Test) indicates this double wall box can withstand 48 lbs of pressure per linear inch. This rating is critical for stacking multiple pallets and protecting products during multi-leg shipments without damage.
How much weight can these boxes safely stack?
ECT-48 double wall cartons support stacking heights of 6-8 boxes high under standard warehouse conditions, depending on product weight and pallet configuration. This maximizes cubic utilization while maintaining structural integrity.
Can I order these in custom quantities?
Yes, we offer bulk ordering options beyond the standard 15-count bundle. Contact our B2B sales team for volume pricing on orders of 500+ units or full pallet quantities.
Are these boxes suitable for fragile items?
Double wall construction provides excellent shock absorption and protection for fragile electronics, glassware, and delicate products. Combined with proper internal cushioning, ECT-48 boxes are ideal for high-value shipments.
