Common questions
What does ECT-32 mean and how much weight can this box handle?
ECT (Edge Crush Test) -32 indicates the corrugated material can withstand 32 pounds of force per linear inch. For stacking performance, a properly loaded box typically supports 40-50 lbs safely, depending on product density and stacking height, ideal for standard industrial shipping applications.
How many of these boxes fit on a standard pallet?
A single bundle of 25 boxes (flat) occupies minimal space. A standard pallet can accommodate 40-50 bundles (1,000-1,250 flat boxes), delivering significant freight and storage efficiency for high-volume operations.
Are these boxes certified sustainable or recyclable?
Yes. These kraft corrugated boxes are 100% recyclable and made from renewable resources. They meet standard environmental compliance for most retail and industrial shipping requirements.
Can I use these for heavy items or fragile products?
ECT-32 single-wall is rated for standard-strength shipping (40-50 lb loads per box). For fragile items, add internal cushioning materials. For heavier goods exceeding 50 lbs, consider ECT-44 or double-wall alternatives for protection.
