Common questions
What does ECT-32 mean and will it hold my products?
ECT-32 refers to Edge Crush Test rating of 32 pounds per inch, standard strength suitable for most general merchandise. It supports typical stacking in distribution centers and supports palletized loads. For heavy items or high-stacking scenarios, consider ECT-44 or ECT-48 alternatives.
How many boxes fit on a standard 48x40" pallet?
Approximately 60-80 assembled boxes per pallet layer (varies by stacking pattern and pallet type), maximizing freight efficiency and reducing cost-per-box for high-volume operations.
Can I print our logo on these boxes?
Yes. The kraft corrugated surface accepts flexo and digital printing well. Contact Packrift for custom print specifications, minimum order quantities, and artwork requirements.
Are these boxes compliant with shipping carrier requirements?
ECT-32 kraft corrugated meets standard requirements for USPS, UPS, and FedEx ground shipping. Always confirm contents weight and fragility rating with carrier specifications for your specific shipment profile.
