Common questions
What does ECT-32 mean, and is it strong enough for my shipping needs?
ECT (Edge Crush Test) 32 means the corrugated material withstands 32 pounds of force per linear inch before crushing. This is standard industrial strength suitable for most B2B and e-commerce shipping, handling typical stacking heights and standard freight conditions without premium costs.
How many of these boxes fit on a pallet, and what's the freight savings?
Flat-packed bundles of 20 stack efficiently, allowing hundreds of boxes per pallet. Compared to pre-assembled inventory, flat packaging reduces your dimensional weight charges by up to 85%, delivering significant per-unit cost savings on freight and storage.
Can I use these boxes for stacking in a warehouse environment?
Yes. ECT-32 single-wall construction provides reliable stacking performance for typical warehouse conditions. Maximum recommended stacking height depends on box contents and weight distribution, but these boxes are engineered for standard industrial stacking without specialized handling.
Are these boxes made from recycled content, and are they recyclable?
These kraft corrugated boxes are 100% recyclable and support circular economy shipping practices. Many manufacturers incorporate recycled content; check with Packrift for specific sustainability certifications or recycled content percentages for your compliance requirements.
