Common questions
What does ECT-32 mean and how does it perform?
ECT (Edge Crush Test) 32 indicates the box can withstand 32 lbs of crushing force per linear inch of edge. This single-wall rating is suitable for standard shipping and storage of most products up to 40 lbs when properly packed, and supports 4-6 box stacking heights in typical warehouse conditions.
How many units fit on a standard pallet?
Approximately 60-80 assembled boxes fit on a 48x40" pallet depending on stacking height (typically 4-5 high). Flat-packed bundles allow significantly higher density for pre-shipment inventory, reducing warehouse footprint by up to 90% versus assembled storage.
Can I customize these boxes with printing?
Yes. Kraft corrugated boxes are ideal for flexographic and offset printing. Contact our sales team for minimum order quantities, pricing, and design specifications for branded boxes.
Are these boxes food-safe and compostable?
These boxes are food-compatible for dry goods and non-hazardous items. The kraft material is 100% recyclable and made from sustainably sourced fiber, meeting most commercial composting standards.
