Common questions
What does ECT-32 mean and why does it matter for my operation?
ECT (Edge Crush Test) 32 indicates the box can withstand 32 pounds of force per linear inch of edge when crushed. This is ideal standard-strength packaging for most commercial shipping, sufficient for stacking multiple boxes during transit and storage without excessive material waste or cost.
How many of these boxes can I fit on a standard pallet?
A standard 18 x 13 x 12" flat bundle of 25 boxes (approximately 2 - 3 inches thick) allows 40+ bundles per 48x40" pallet, depending on stacking height limits. This dense configuration minimizes freight costs per unit.
Is this the right box size for my product?
The 18 x 13 x 12" dimension works well for items up to 10 - 12 pounds when properly packed. For heavier goods or those requiring extra cushioning, consider ECT-44 or larger dimensions. Contact our team with your product specs for a recommendation.
Can I get volume pricing or custom quotes for large orders?
Yes. Bulk orders typically qualify for significant discounts, especially when combined with other box sizes. Request a quote through our B2B portal or speak with an account manager for tiered pricing on 500+ bundles.
