Common questions
What is ECT-32 and why does it matter for my shipping operation?
ECT (Edge Crush Test) 32 measures the corrugated material's ability to resist crushing force, a critical metric for stacking performance in warehouses. ECT-32 single-wall construction is the industry standard for general shipping, balancing protection, cost, and sustainable packaging without unnecessary premium weight.
Can I stack these boxes safely on pallets without risk of crushing?
Yes. ECT-32 kraft corrugated is engineered for reliable stacking in multi-tier pallet configurations typical of 3PL and fulfillment operations. Actual stacking load capacity depends on box contents weight and environmental humidity, consult our packaging specialist for your specific application.
Are these boxes suitable for outdoor or refrigerated storage?
Standard kraft corrugated is designed for dry indoor storage and shipping conditions. For cold chain or high-humidity environments, we recommend upgraded coated or waxed-lined alternatives to prevent material degradation and maintain structural integrity.
What's the per-box cost benefit of buying 20-box bundles?
Bundle purchasing reduces per-unit costs versus retail quantities and minimizes handling touchpoints in your supply chain. For warehouse-scale operations shipping 500+ units monthly, bundled SKUs like this deliver measurable margin improvement and inventory efficiency compared to case-by-case ordering.
