Common questions
What is ECT-32 and why does it matter for my shipping needs?
ECT (Edge Crush Test) measures cardboard's stacking strength. ECT-32 provides 32 pounds of crush resistance per linear inch, making it ideal for standard commercial shipping. It balances durability with cost, preventing product damage while keeping per-box expenses competitive for high-volume operations.
How many of these boxes fit on a standard pallet?
Approximately 90-100 bundles (1,350-1,500 boxes) fit on a standard 40" x 48" pallet, depending on stacking height and your warehouse configuration. This density maximizes freight efficiency and reduces inbound logistics costs.
Can I stack these boxes safely in my warehouse?
Yes. ECT-32 single-wall construction supports typical warehouse stacking heights (6-8 feet) when boxes are properly filled and palletized. For maximum safety, maintain 75% fill-rate and avoid overstuffing to preserve edge crush performance.
Are these boxes eco-friendly for customer returns or resale?
Absolutely. 100% recyclable kraft material supports sustainability goals and enhances brand perception with environmentally conscious customers. The natural kraft finish requires no coating, making recycling simple and cost-effective.
