Common questions
What does ECT-32 rating mean and will it protect my products?
ECT (Edge Crush Test) 32 indicates the box withstands 32 pounds of force per linear inch of edge, suitable for standard industrial applications with mid-weight items. Single-wall construction is ideal for products under 25 lbs; verify weight specifications against your SKUs for optimal performance.
How many boxes per pallet and what are the volume pricing tiers?
One bundle contains 25 boxes. Standard pallet configurations hold 60-80 bundles (1,500-2,000 boxes) depending on stacking height. Contact our B2B team for tiered volume pricing on orders exceeding 5,000 units.
Are these boxes recyclable and do they meet sustainability requirements?
Yes, 100% recyclable kraft corrugated construction meets EPA and most corporate sustainability standards. Natural kraft material supports eco-friendly brand positioning while reducing landfill impact at end-of-product-life.
How do these compare to double-wall boxes and when should I upgrade?
ECT-32 single-wall suits general merchandise; upgrade to double-wall (ECT-44+) for heavy items, multi-tier stacking, or long-distance freight. Single-wall reduces material costs by 30-40% for compatible applications, improving margin on high-volume SKUs.
