Common questions
Will the end caps stay secure during shipping?
Yes. The white end caps snap firmly into place and are engineered to remain secure throughout transit. The snapping mechanism prevents caps from popping off, even with rough handling or pressure changes during shipment.
What's the difference between usable length and actual tube length?
Usable length (48") refers to the interior space available for your contents. Actual tube length is slightly longer to accommodate the end caps and maintain structural integrity. This ensures your documents and materials fit comfortably inside.
Can I purchase additional end caps separately?
Yes. Additional 2 1/2" white end caps are available separately (SKU: PMTCAP25-C820) if you need replacements or want to prepare extra caps for inventory management.
Are these tubes suitable for recycling programs?
Absolutely. These tubes are made from recyclable fibreboard and can be included in standard cardboard recycling programs, reducing your packaging waste and supporting your company's sustainability goals.
