About this item
SKU P2018K — 18" × 2", 0.06 Thick Spiral Wound Fibreboard, Kraft. Sold as a case of 50, shipped from US warehouses.
2 " x 18 " kraft mailing tubes with included white snap-on end caps ship 50 tubes per case. Heavy-duty 3-ply spiral wound fibreboard construction resists crushing during transit while keeping contents secure. Use for documents, blueprints, posters, and architectural materials, reusable and recyclable for sustainable mailroom operations.
Common questions
Will the caps stay on during shipping?
Yes. The white end caps snap securely into the tube openings and are designed not to pop off during standard USPS, UPS, or FedEx shipping. They hold contents firmly in place to prevent damage and shifting.
What is the actual tube length vs. usable space?
The 18" measurement refers to usable interior space. Actual tube length is longer to accommodate the cap design and wall thickness. This ensures reliable cap fit and structural integrity.
Can these tubes be reused or recycled?
Yes. The kraft fibreboard material is fully recyclable and the tubes are durable enough for multiple uses. Many customers reuse them for storage or pass them along for repurposing, reducing packaging waste.
Are replacement caps available?
Yes. Additional 2" white end caps (SKU: PMTCAP2-C820) are sold separately, allowing you to reuse tube bodies or maintain a cap inventory for high-volume shipping operations.
