Common questions
What is the ECT rating and what does it mean for my shipping needs?
ECT-32 (Edge Crush Test) indicates the box can handle 32 pounds of force per linear inch before crushing. This standard single-wall rating is ideal for most mid-weight products in fulfillment operations and supports 4-5 box stacking heights depending on load weight.
How many of these boxes fit on a standard pallet?
Approximately 40-50 bundles (1,000-1,250 boxes) fit on a standard 40" x 48" pallet when stacked efficiently, optimizing your freight spend and warehouse space utilization.
Are these boxes suitable for outside storage or outdoor shipping?
While kraft corrugated provides adequate protection for standard indoor and climate-controlled environments, we recommend protective plastic wrapping or moisture barriers for extended outdoor exposure or humid conditions to preserve box integrity.
Can I order custom printing or different quantities?
Yes. We offer volume pricing on larger orders and custom printing options for branded packaging. Contact our B2B team for bulk quotes and customization details tailored to your fulfillment volume.
