Common questions
What does ECT-32 mean, and is it strong enough for my shipments?
ECT-32 (Edge Crush Test 32 lbs) indicates single-wall corrugated strength suitable for light-to-medium weight products. It provides reliable stacking performance up to 4-6 boxes high depending on product weight and environmental conditions, making it ideal for apparel, books, and artwork.
Why choose 8-inch depth over standard 12-inch boxes?
Shallow 8-inch depth reduces dimensional weight charges (DIM pricing) with carriers like UPS and FedEx, cuts cubic footage in fulfillment centers, and eliminates excess void fill for flat products. This translates to 15-25% shipping cost savings per carton compared to deeper alternatives.
How many boxes fit on a pallet, and what are the weight and stacking limits?
Approximately 60-80 assembled boxes fit per standard 40x48" pallet depending on stacking height (typically 5-6 tiers). Each carton weighs ~1.2 lbs empty; maximum recommended stack is 6-8 boxes high to maintain structural integrity under load.
Can I order custom printing or different quantities?
Standard inventory ships in bundles of 15. Custom printing, larger bulk orders, and alternative quantities are available; contact our B2B team for volume pricing and lead time estimates on customized orders.
