Common questions
What is ECT-32 and why does it matter for my shipping?
ECT (Edge Crush Test) -32 means this corrugated material withstands 32 pounds of force per linear inch, suitable for standard-weight products up to approximately 35 lbs per box. It balances protection and cost, making it the industry-standard for most B2B shipping applications.
How many of these boxes fit on a standard pallet?
One bundle (20 boxes) flat-packed occupies minimal space. A typical 48" x 40" pallet holds 40-50 bundles depending on stacking configuration, delivering 800-1,000 boxes per pallet load.
Can I stack these boxes when filled?
Yes. ECT-32 single-wall construction supports stacking of 4-6 boxes high when filled to capacity (35 lbs each). Exact stacking height depends on product weight and warehouse conditions; test under your specific load requirements.
Are these boxes recyclable and compostable?
100% recyclable through standard cardboard recycling programs. Kraft material is derived from sustainably managed forests and integrates into circular supply chains, supporting corporate sustainability metrics.
