Common questions
What container does this lid fit?
This lid is specifically designed for Rubbermaid® Slim Jim® 23-gallon recycling containers. The 21" x 11" dimensions provide a secure fit that prevents waste displacement during transport and handling.
Why is the green color important for this lid?
The green color signals paper recycling compliance across industrial facilities and offices. This color-coding system helps staff and janitorial teams quickly identify the correct waste stream, reducing contamination and improving recycling program effectiveness.
How durable is the plastic material?
The plastic construction resists peeling, cracking, and denting, maintaining structural integrity through years of daily use in high-traffic environments. This durability reduces replacement frequency and total cost of ownership for facilities.
Is this lid easy to maintain and clean?
Yes. The smooth plastic surface allows for quick wiping and can be sanitized with standard industrial cleaning solutions. Easy maintenance reduces labor time and supports facility compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards.
