Common questions
Do these cartons meet shipping compliance standards?
Yes. These cartons meet or exceed federal specification PPP-B-566, ensuring full compliance with USPS, UPS, and FedEx shipping requirements. The pye-lock tuck design provides secure closure during transit, reducing damage claims and returns.
How much storage space do flat-shipped cartons save?
Flat shipping reduces storage footprint by approximately 80% compared to pre-assembled cartons. A case of 500 flat cartons takes up roughly the space of 50-60 assembled boxes, significantly lowering your warehouse costs and allowing for easier inventory management.
What products are best suited for 2 x 2 x 7 inch cartons?
These dimensions are ideal for tall, narrow items such as cosmetic tubes, lipsticks, supplement bottles, writing instruments, small electronics, tea boxes, and specialty candy. The compact footprint maximizes shelf appeal while protecting products during shipping.
How quickly can I assemble and use these cartons?
No special assembly equipment is needed, cartons fold and lock into place in seconds by hand or with basic machinery. Most customers integrate them into their packaging line immediately upon receipt, with minimal setup time required.
