Common questions
Are these lids compatible with standard gaylord containers?
Yes. These 401/2" 401/2" lids are designed to fit standard gaylord containers. Verify your container's outer dimensions before ordering to ensure proper fit and seal.
What assembly method works best for high-volume operations?
Tape is the fastest, most cost-effective option for rapid assembly. Industrial tape applicators or automated sealing systems accelerate throughput in high-volume settings. Glue and staples offer alternative securing methods depending on your handling and stacking requirements.
How does ECT-32 corrugated material perform under stacking loads?
ECT-32 (Edge Crush Test 32 lbs/in) provides robust crush resistance suitable for multi-tier stacking in warehouses and during transport. This strength level supports typical bulk cargo weights while maintaining cost efficiency compared to premium grades.
Can I order partial bundles or larger quantities?
These lids are sold in bundles of 5. Contact our sales team for volume pricing on larger orders, we offer tiered discounts for multi-bundle purchases and can accommodate custom quantity requirements for ongoing supply agreements.
