Common questions
Do these lids fit standard ISO Gaylord containers?
Yes. The 48 3/4" x 24 3/4" dimensions are engineered to match Packrift's Gaylord container line and most industry-standard bulk bins, ensuring use into existing logistics workflows.
What assembly method is recommended?
Lids arrive unassembled and require tape, glue, or staples for final assembly, giving you flexibility to use your preferred closure method and reducing assembly labor costs compared to pre-glued alternatives.
Is ECT-48 stronger than ECT-44 corrugation?
Yes. ECT-48 (Edge Crush Test rating of 48 lbs/inch) provides approximately 9% greater crush resistance than ECT-44, delivering protection for heavy loads and extended storage periods.
Can these lids be ordered in bulk or custom configurations?
Yes. Contact our sales team for pallet pricing, custom printing options, and volume discounts. Minimum order quantities apply for specialized requests like pre-scored or reinforced variants.
